TERI R. ALEXANDER
Personal: Ms. Alexander is a resident of Grandview Hts. and a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Education and Psychology. She completed several business courses at Franklin University and completed her certification as a Financial Planner in 1993. Recently Teri completed her Masters degree in Financial Planning through the College of Financial Planning. She is president of Alexander Financial Planning, Inc., a financial planning and investment advisory firm.
Experience: For over twenty years Ms. Alexander has helped individuals and families achieve their financial goals. Prior to her current affiliation, she spent four years working with a local planning firm. She also gained extensive investment and retirement plan experience with a Dublin based money manager. In addition to serving as a trustee of their retirement plan and fulfilling the role of Account Executive for larger individualized accounts, she also was Director of Marketing for their mutual funds and in house expert on retirement plans. Ms. Alexander began her financial career at Merrill Lynch after teaching in London, England and tutoring learning disabled children in the Columbus School System.

- Member of National Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Local FPA of Central Ohio. Appointed in 2003 as a national FPA member of the Sub-Tax Committee for a 3-year term.
- Member of the Worthington Estate Planning Council
- Past board member of Northwest Counseling Services and Chair of the Development Committee
- Past president of the Institute for Certified Financial Planners (1998)
- Elected to City Council for Grandview Heights (1993-1997) Served as Chair of the Finance Committee (1994-1997)

- Periodically published in The Daily Reporter, Business First and The Columbus Dispatch; and Interviewed on TV
- Previously a Key Retirement Planning Speaker for Public Employees Retirement System’s (PERS) statewide programs (1996-2008)

TRACEY J. GUTHRIE
Personal: Tracey is a resident of Upper Arlington. She has been married since 1989 and has three children. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, camping, music and movies, and skating and snow skiing.
Experience: Since Fall of 2001, Tracey has been employed by Alexander Financial Planning in the capacity of Administrative Assistant. Prior to that time, she spent ten years as a homemaker. She previously held a position of Office Supervisor where she was responsible for payroll, taxes, accounts payable/receivable, and staff management. Other work experience includes the fields of cosmetology, kitchen/bathroom interior design, retail decorating, property management and real estate, and veterinary clinic assistant.
Accomplishments:
- Graduate with Diploma from Dublin High School after her junior year
- Licensed by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology as a managing cosmetologist
- Graduate of the International Academy of Merchandising and Design, Tampa Fl with Associates Degree in Interior Design
- Holds a current Real Estate License in the State of Ohio
- Served as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for 6 years

ROBERT J. FRANZ
Personal: Bob resides in Pataskala with his wife and two daughters. He graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Bob completed course work and earned his Certified Retirement Counselor designation in 2002. He is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation.
Experience: Bob is no stranger to financial services. He has spent the last 11 years as a Supervisor/Counselor for the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, working to help members plan their retirement and financial future.. Meeting with members is still what he loves most about working at OPERS. He joined Alexander Financial Planning in September 2005 as an Financial Planning Analyst.
